ABOUT TAMARA

I Believe Everyone Deserves to Feel Good About the Life They’re Living.

I’ve always been fascinated by people—what makes us tick, what holds us back, and what helps us change. And one thing I’ve learned, both through my own life and through years of conversations with people from all walks of life, is that you can look like you have everything together and still know, deep down, that something isn’t quite right.

Sometimes it’s obvious what needs to change. Sometimes it isn’t. You just know you don’t want to keep feeling, thinking, or living the way you have been.

That’s the space I love working in—the space between knowing something needs to change and figuring out what comes next.

Coaching Philosophy

I Don’t Believe Change Has to Happen Overnight.

There’s a lot of pressure to have everything figured out—to know exactly what you want, make a big decision, change all your habits, and somehow become a different person overnight.

I don’t believe that’s how meaningful change usually works.

Sometimes the biggest shifts start with something much smaller: an honest conversation, seeing something differently, setting one boundary, changing one habit, or finally doing the thing you’ve been putting off.

That’s why my approach is practical and personal. We look at where you are now, what you want to feel or do differently, and the realistic steps that can start moving you in that direction.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience You Can Trust

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years managing events for international brands across fashion, art and entertainment, as well as directing a modelling agency. Both worlds taught me a lot about people—how differently we respond to pressure, change and uncertainty, and how much can be going on beneath what we show on the outside.

When I decided to make coaching my profession, it was important to me to train properly. I studied with Health Coach Institute, becoming a Certified Life Coach and Certified Health Coach, and developed the professional tools and structure to support the kind of conversations I’d naturally been having with people for years.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

You can expect a space where you can be completely yourself. You don’t need to have the right words, know exactly what you want, or turn up pretending everything is fine. We start with where you are.

I’ll listen, ask questions, and sometimes challenge you to look at something differently. I’ll help you recognise patterns, cut through the noise, and get clearer on what actually matters to you.

And while I’ll always meet you with empathy and without judgement, I’m not here just to agree with everything you say. Sometimes coaching means asking the question you’ve been avoiding or giving you the nudge you need to actually do something differently.

Then we turn those conversations into realistic, manageable steps. I’ll encourage you, motivate you and hold you accountable as you start putting those changes into practice

You bring the honesty. I’ll bring the questions, support and accountability. We’ll figure out the next steps together.

Ready to Make a Change?

You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going before you begin. Sometimes you just need a place to start.

If something in your life isn’t working anymore and you’re ready to explore what could be different, let’s talk.
