Reset With T provides life coaching and health & wellness coaching services, including 1:1 coaching programs, group and corporate coaching, and related discovery calls, delivered via Zoom, phone, or in person where available.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process intended to support personal and professional growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, or psychiatric treatment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as your progress depends on your own effort, circumstances, and participation.

4. Booking & Payment

Discovery calls are offered free of charge. Paid coaching programs require payment as outlined at the time of booking:

• 6-Week RESET Program
• 90-Day Full Transformation Program
• Group & Corporate Coaching, custom pricing, quoted individually

Full payment (or an agreed payment plan) is required to secure your place in a program.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, participate honestly in your coaching sessions, and take responsibility for decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the Unstuck Method framework, written materials, and branding, is the property of Reset With T and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset With T shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
